Would there be an opportunity to insert some historic facts regarding how the property was originally purchased etc? If memory serves me...Wasn't the farm originally 7 acres???? And was sold to Uncle Chet. Lastly, is there any chance of getting a map on where the house, barn, and chicken coupe were when the Ferguson's lived there? Maybe even some reference to the mill?

Steven thinks the delegates should make up a tribal counsel that meets around a big tribal fire at night like in Survivor (the reality TV show) and carry tiki torches. But other than that he says he supports my opinion.

Maybe say directly that anyone can be a Board member if elected (i.e., they don't have to be a family member or anything else).
Might also point out that the owners should consider legally establishing a covenant, perhaps patterned on this, before the owner pool gets too large.
